Mail-in Jewelry Repair

1. Complete the Mail-In Repair Form and enclose with the item(s) to be repaired. Multiple items may be shipped in the same package. 
   
   
2. Package item(s) for shipping and send to:

   FLORENCE, KY 41042
   
   
3. Item(s) must be properly packaged, fully insured and require delivery confirmation signature. Klass Jewelers is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
   
   
4. Once your item(s) is received, we will contact you with an estimate for the repair(s).  If you do not proceed with repair(s), items will be mailed back at your expense. Klass Jewelers reserves the right to refuse a repair job if we feel the piece is in a condition that cannot be properly repaired.
